Our founder and owner, Dave Sylvia, began his career as an army mess cook before becoming the head chef at Candleworks Restaurant in New Bedford, MA. With over 50 years of experience in the industry, Dave has honed his skills to deliver exceptional and delicious food to our clients.

Now, Dave's son, Drew Sylvia, has taken the reins as General Manager and owner of D&D Caterers. Drew grew up in the business and has almost 20 years of experience in food service and management. Together, Dave and Drew lead our team of passionate and dedicated professionals who strive to provide the best catering services for our clients.
